At Wargame Portal, we provide access to a wide range of products—even those not currently in stock. These are made available through our Backorder system. Below is a breakdown of how it works, what to expect, and how to identify these items while shopping.
What Are Backorder Items?
Backorder items are products that are currently out of stock in our warehouse but available to reserve from our supplier network. These items are clearly marked with the label "Reserve Now" across the shopping experience:
On the product card
At the top of the product page
In the checkout process, with additional notices provided
Orders containing backorder items are typically fulfilled within 7 to 10 business days. However, arrival times can vary depending on supplier conditions and availability.
If a backorder cannot be fulfilled within 15 business days, it will be canceled and refunded automatically. If a supplier confirms an item is unavailable, that portion of your order will also be canceled and refunded. Any remaining items in your order will continue to be processed and shipped as normal.
Restock Schedule
Restocks are ordered every Monday at or around 12 PM EST. Any backorder placed after this time will be included in the following week’s restock request.
How to Identify These Items
All Backorder items are labeled as such in their inventory status area:
Under the product image in the collection tab
Twice above the Add to Cart button on the item page
In your cart before checkout, underneath the item title
This ensures you’re aware at every step of the process before completing your purchase.
