When this happens, it can lead to confusion. You might see the product listed as “Reserve Now” or “Backordered,” place an order, and later receive a cancellation or refund notice. If this occurs, please understand that this is not an arbitrary decision — it simply means the item is no longer available through our supplier network.

We don’t manufacture the products we sell. Everything we offer comes from licensed vendors such as Games Workshop, Monument Hobbies, and others. If a product is discontinued or removed from the vendor’s catalog, we are unable to source it — even through our backorder channels.

We know this can be disappointing, especially when it involves a classic or hard-to-find model. We make every effort to remove discontinued listings as soon as we’re aware of them, but with thousands of products in circulation, some may slip through the cracks.
