We’re happy to offer in-store pickup for local customers who want to shop online and collect their orders at our storefront. However, please note that some items may need to ship to us from one of our offsite fulfillment centers.
This means that not all pickup orders are available the same day. We strongly ask that you wait until you receive your “Ready for Pickup” confirmation email before coming to the store.
If you have not received this email, your order has not been checked in and is not yet ready to be picked up.
Orders that are not marked as ready will not be pulled in advance and will not be available if you arrive early.
Once you receive your confirmation email, you’re good to go! Your order will be checked in, set aside, and ready for you to collect at your convenience during our posted business hours.
While we would love to have you visit, be aware that shipping is generally cheap or free if you cross the free-shipping threshold and sometimes may arrive faster to you via delivery than pickup if a transfer is required.
