These PortalPass+ Terms of Service govern your purchase, use, cancellation, and participation in the PortalPass+ membership program offered by Wargame Portal, LLC. By purchasing or maintaining a PortalPass+ membership, you agree to these terms.
1. Membership Overview
PortalPass+ is a paid membership program that may provide eligible members with benefits such as discounts, shipping perks, exclusive offers, early access opportunities, promotional bonuses, or other member-only features as determined by Wargame Portal, LLC.
Membership benefits may vary over time and are offered at the sole discretion of Wargame Portal, LLC.
2. Billing and Renewal
PortalPass+ memberships are billed on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle selected at the time of purchase.
By purchasing a PortalPass+ membership, you authorize Wargame Portal, LLC, or its payment processors, to charge your selected payment method for the recurring membership fee until the membership is cancelled.
Membership pricing, billing frequency, and available plans may change at Wargame Portal, LLC’s discretion.
3. Cancellation Policy
PortalPass+ memberships may be cancelled at any time.
If a member cancels their membership, the cancellation will prevent future billing on the next renewal cycle. The member will continue to receive applicable PortalPass+ benefits through the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
Cancelling a membership does not refund any previous charges or unused portion of the current billing cycle.
4. Non-Refundable Membership Fees
All PortalPass+ membership fees are non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Monthly membership fees
Annual membership fees
Renewal charges
Partially used billing periods
Memberships cancelled after renewal
Failure to use available membership benefits
By purchasing PortalPass+, you acknowledge that membership fees are charged for access to the program during the selected billing period, not based on the amount of benefits used.
5. Membership Benefits
PortalPass+ benefits are only available to active members in good standing.
Benefits may include discounts, free or reduced shipping, exclusive promotions, special access, or other features as advertised by Wargame Portal, LLC. Certain benefits may be subject to exclusions, restrictions, product availability, minimum purchase requirements, shipping limitations, or vendor-specific rules.
PortalPass+ benefits may not apply to all products, vendors, third-party fulfilled items, preorders, backorders, special orders, gift cards, taxes, shipping fees, or other excluded categories unless specifically stated.
Wargame Portal, LLC reserves the right to modify, replace, limit, suspend, or discontinue any PortalPass+ benefit at any time.
6. Account Use and Eligibility
PortalPass+ memberships are intended for personal use by the purchasing account holder only.
Membership benefits may not be transferred, resold, shared, assigned, or used for commercial resale purposes unless expressly approved by Wargame Portal, LLC.
Wargame Portal, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the membership is being misused, abused, shared improperly, used fraudulently, or used in violation of these terms.
7. Promotions and Discounts
PortalPass+ discounts and promotional offers may not always combine with other discounts, coupons, sales, reward programs, gift cards, store credit, or promotional pricing unless otherwise stated.
Some products may be excluded from PortalPass+ discounts due to manufacturer restrictions, vendor policies, minimum advertised pricing policies, limited availability, third-party fulfillment rules, or other business considerations.
Wargame Portal, LLC reserves the right to determine discount eligibility at its sole discretion.
8. Shipping Benefits
If PortalPass+ includes shipping-related benefits, those benefits only apply to eligible orders and eligible shipping destinations as determined by Wargame Portal, LLC.
Shipping benefits may not apply to oversized items, third-party vendor items, special fulfillment items, international shipments, split shipments, freight items, or products with unique shipping requirements.
Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
9. Changes to Terms or Program
These terms, as well as the PortalPass+ program, pricing, benefits, eligibility rules, and restrictions, are subject to change at Wargame Portal, LLC’s sole discretion without prior notice.
Continued use of PortalPass+ after any changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Wargame Portal, LLC may modify, suspend, or discontinue PortalPass+ at any time.
10. Termination by Wargame Portal, LLC
Wargame Portal, LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or terminate any PortalPass+ membership at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, abuse, chargebacks, violation of store policies, misuse of discounts, or conduct that negatively impacts Wargame Portal, LLC, its staff, vendors, customers, or operations.
In cases of termination due to misuse, abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms, no refund will be issued.
11. Payment Issues
If a recurring membership payment fails, the membership may be suspended, cancelled, or placed on hold until payment is successfully processed.
Wargame Portal, LLC is not responsible for lost benefits, missed discounts, or interrupted access caused by failed payments, expired cards, payment processor issues, or inaccurate billing information.
12. No Guarantee of Savings
PortalPass+ may provide opportunities for savings, discounts, or other benefits, but Wargame Portal, LLC does not guarantee that every member will save a specific amount.
Savings depend on customer usage, product eligibility, purchase frequency, and applicable exclusions.
13. Product Availability
PortalPass+ membership does not guarantee product availability, preorder allocation, backorder fulfillment, restock priority, or access to limited-release products unless specifically advertised.
All orders remain subject to inventory availability, vendor fulfillment, allocation limits, shipping timelines, and standard Wargame Portal policies.
14. Relationship to Other Store Policies
PortalPass+ members remain subject to all other Wargame Portal, LLC policies, including but not limited to order policies, preorder policies, backorder policies, special order policies, return policies, shipping policies, cancellation policies, and third-party vendor fulfillment policies.
In the event of a conflict between these PortalPass+ Terms and another Wargame Portal policy, Wargame Portal, LLC reserves the right to determine which policy applies.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wargame Portal, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to PortalPass+, including but not limited to lost discounts, missed promotions, delayed shipments, unavailable products, or changes to membership benefits.
