Our PortalPass Points program rewards you for every eligible purchase made through Wargame Portal. Points can be exchanged for discounts, store credit, or other exclusive rewards. Below is a detailed guide on how to redeem and manage your points, as well as important policies regarding point eligibility and expiration.
How to Redeem Your Points
Access Your Account
Log in to your customer account and click on PortalPass to view your point balance and available rewards.Choose a Reward
Exchange your accumulated points for one of the available options—such as discount codes, free shipping, or store credit. Each reward tier clearly displays how many points are required to redeem it.Apply at Checkout
Proceed to checkout and redeem your chosen reward.If you redeemed a discount code, enter it in the “Discount Code” field during checkout.
If you redeemed store credit, it will automatically appear as a balance on the payment section of checkout and function like any other payment method.
For free shipping rewards, the appropriate shipping option will appear automatically if your order meets the criteria.
Points Availability and Holding Period
Points earned from purchases are held for 14 days before they become available for redemption. This waiting period helps account for returns, cancellations, and other adjustments that may occur after the order is placed.
Once the 14-day holding period has passed, points are automatically added to your usable balance and can be redeemed at any time.
Expiration and Inactivity
Points expire after 6 months (180 days) of account inactivity.
Inactivity means no qualifying orders, no redemptions, and no account engagement within that time frame.
To keep your points active, simply make a qualifying purchase or redeem a reward at least once every six months.
Earning Eligibility
Orders that use rewards points in any form—such as through store credit, free shipping, or discount redemptions—do not qualify for additional point earning.
Points are only awarded on the portion of an order paid in full using standard payment methods (credit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, etc.).
Taxes, shipping costs, and certain items (such as gift cards or heavily discounted promotional items) do not earn points.
Additional Notes
Points are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of Wargame Portal.
Canceled or refunded orders will result in the corresponding points being automatically deducted from your balance.
Wargame Portal reserves the right to adjust or revoke points in cases of error, abuse, or policy violations.
