PortalPass Terms of Service

These PortalPass Terms of Service govern participation in the PortalPass membership and rewards program operated by Wargame Portal, LLC. By creating an account, earning points, redeeming rewards, or otherwise participating in PortalPass, you agree to these terms.

1. Overview of PortalPass

PortalPass is a customer rewards and membership program that allows eligible customers to earn points through qualifying purchases, promotions, account activity, or other actions determined by Wargame Portal, LLC.

Points may be redeemed for eligible rewards, discounts, perks, or other benefits made available through the PortalPass program. Participation in PortalPass is a privilege offered by Wargame Portal, LLC and is subject to these terms, as well as any other policies, terms, or conditions posted on our website.

2. Eligibility

PortalPass is available only to customers who create and maintain an eligible Wargame Portal account. Wargame Portal, LLC reserves the right to limit, deny, suspend, or terminate participation in PortalPass at its discretion.

Customers must provide accurate account information and are responsible for maintaining access to their account. Wargame Portal, LLC is not responsible for lost access, incorrect account information, or points associated with accounts that cannot be verified.

3. Earning Points

PortalPass points may be earned through qualifying purchases, promotions, events, account activity, or other methods approved by Wargame Portal, LLC.

Points may not be earned on taxes, shipping fees, gift card purchases, returned items, canceled orders, refunded purchases, or other excluded items unless otherwise stated.

Wargame Portal, LLC reserves the right to adjust, delay, deny, or remove points from an account if points were issued in error, earned through abuse, associated with a canceled or refunded order, or otherwise deemed invalid.

Points may take time to appear in a customer’s account after a qualifying action or purchase. Wargame Portal, LLC is not responsible for delays in point posting.

4. Redeeming Points

Points may be redeemed only for rewards, discounts, or benefits made available through the PortalPass program. Available rewards may change at any time.

Once points are redeemed for a reward, the redemption is final. Points used to redeem rewards will not be credited back to the customer’s account if the customer changes their mind, fails to use the reward, allows the reward to expire, cancels an order, or otherwise decides they no longer want the benefit.

Rewards, discounts, and benefits may be subject to additional restrictions, including expiration dates, minimum purchase requirements, product exclusions, or limitations on combining with other discounts or promotions.

5. No Cash Value

PortalPass points have no cash value and do not constitute property, currency, stored value, or any form of legal tender.

Points cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged for cash, transferred for value, sold, traded, assigned, or converted into account credit unless Wargame Portal, LLC expressly permits otherwise.

Any discount, reward, or benefit received through PortalPass has no refundable cash value. If a customer uses points to receive a discount or other reward, that discount will not be refunded, credited, or paid out as cash value under any circumstance.

6. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

If an order associated with earned points is returned, canceled, partially refunded, or otherwise adjusted, Wargame Portal, LLC may remove or adjust any points earned from that order.

If points were used to redeem a reward or discount on an order that is later returned, canceled, or refunded, the value of that reward or discount will not be refunded as cash, store credit, or account credit.

Refunds, when applicable, are issued only for the actual amount paid by the customer after discounts, rewards, gift cards, or other reductions have been applied.

7. Expiration of Points and Rewards

PortalPass points and rewards may expire after a period of inactivity, after a set period of time, or as otherwise determined by Wargame Portal, LLC.

Wargame Portal, LLC may establish or modify expiration rules at any time. Customers are responsible for monitoring their account and using available points or rewards before they expire.

Expired points or rewards will not be reinstated, refunded, or exchanged for cash or credit.

8. Account Restrictions and Abuse

PortalPass is intended for personal use by individual customers. Abuse, misuse, fraud, manipulation, or exploitation of the program is strictly prohibited.

Examples of prohibited activity include, but are not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to earn additional rewards

• Using false or misleading information

• Exploiting technical errors or loopholes

• Earning points through fraudulent purchases

• Reselling rewards or benefits

• Attempting to transfer, sell, or trade points

• Engaging in activity that Wargame Portal, LLC determines to be abusive or harmful to the program

Wargame Portal, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, remove points, cancel rewards, deny redemptions, cancel orders, or take any other action it deems appropriate in response to abuse or suspected abuse.

9. Program Changes and Termination

Wargame Portal, LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or terminate PortalPass, in whole or in part, at any time and at its sole discretion.

These terms are subject to change at Wargame Portal, LLC’s discretion without prior notice. Changes may include, but are not limited to, adjustments to earning rates, redemption options, expiration rules, reward availability, eligibility requirements, exclusions, or program benefits.

Continued participation in PortalPass after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Errors and Corrections

Wargame Portal, LLC reserves the right to correct any errors related to PortalPass, including point balances, reward availability, redemption values, account activity, or promotional offers.

If points or rewards are issued in error, Wargame Portal, LLC may remove those points or rewards from the customer’s account without prior notice.

Wargame Portal, LLC is not responsible for technical issues, display errors, system outages, incorrect balances, delayed updates, or other errors that may affect the PortalPass program.

11. Non-Transferability

PortalPass points, rewards, and benefits are non-transferable unless expressly permitted by Wargame Portal, LLC.

Points may not be transferred between accounts, inherited, sold, assigned, combined, or exchanged between customers.

Wargame Portal, LLC may refuse to honor any points, rewards, or benefits that it believes were transferred, sold, acquired improperly, or used in violation of these terms.

12. Promotional Offers

From time to time, Wargame Portal, LLC may offer promotional opportunities to earn additional points, receive bonus rewards, or access limited-time benefits.

Promotional offers may be subject to separate terms, eligibility requirements, expiration dates, product exclusions, or order minimums. Wargame Portal, LLC reserves the right to modify, cancel, or revoke promotional offers at any time.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wargame Portal, LLC shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, or inconvenience arising out of or related to participation in PortalPass, including the loss of points, rewards, benefits, discounts, account access, or program availability.

Participation in PortalPass is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. Wargame Portal, LLC makes no guarantee that PortalPass will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

14. Account Termination

Wargame Portal, LLC may terminate or suspend a customer’s PortalPass participation at any time if it determines that the customer has violated these terms, abused the program, engaged in fraudulent activity, or acted in a manner harmful to Wargame Portal, LLC or its customers.

Upon termination, any unused points, rewards, or benefits may be forfeited immediately and without compensation.

15. Governing Policies

PortalPass is subject to all applicable Wargame Portal, LLC policies, including but not limited to policies regarding returns, refunds, cancellations, shipping, preorders, backorders, special orders, fraud prevention, and account usage.

In the event of a conflict between these PortalPass Terms of Service and another Wargame Portal policy, Wargame Portal, LLC reserves the right to determine which policy applies.
