At Wargame Portal, we believe in transparency and fairness when it comes to pricing. Here’s how we approach pricing across our catalog:

Maximum Allowed Discounts

All items sold and fulfilled directly by us are listed at the maximum discount permitted by the vendor. For example, most Games Workshop products are capped at 15% off MSRP, and you’ll always see us pricing them right at that threshold, never lower. 

Additional Discounts Where Possible

When vendor rules allow, we provide deeper discounts. These amounts vary depending on the manufacturer, licensing agreements, and product category.

Clearance Items

Clearance products are priced individually and may appear as either:

• A clear percentage off displayed at the top of the page, or

• A discount that becomes visible once the item is added to your cart.

Addressing Glitches or Oversights

On rare occasions, a glitch or oversight can cause a product to display an unusual discount. For example, if you see a new Warhammer 40,000 release showing more than 15% off, that is not intentional and is not valid pricing.

If you spot this, we kindly ask that you let us know so we can fix it quickly. If a customer places an order for a mispriced item:

• Our automated systems will detect the issue and automatically remove or cancel the affected item(s).

• The listing will be delisted and flagged to our devOPS team for correction.

• Any funds collected for the item will be refunded to the original payment method.

Put simply: “If it’s too good to be true, it is.” We cannot and will not honor accidental pricing errors under any circumstance. Customers are always welcome to purchase the item later at the correct price once the issue is resolved.
