Repeatedly engages in aggressive or demeaning behavior
Creates an unsafe or hostile working environment for our team
We are always happy to help resolve issues—but hostility toward our staff is not acceptable under any circumstances.
2. Repeated Order Cancellations
Frequent cancellations disrupt inventory management, vendor relationships, and order processing workflows.
Accounts may be temporarily banned if a customer:
Repeatedly cancels orders, regardless of reason or circumstance
Demonstrates a pattern of placing and canceling orders that impacts operations
In these cases, accounts are typically restricted for 14–21 business days, after which they may be reviewed for reinstatement.
3. Abuse of Policies or Systems
Accounts may be restricted if a customer:
Attempts to bypass store policies or safeguards such a preorder item caps, etc.
Misuses promotions, discounts, or systems
Engages in behavior that undermines fair access for other customers
What Happens During a Ban or Restriction
Temporary bans generally last 14–21 business days and are subject to review
Permanent bans may be applied in severe or repeated cases
During a restriction, new orders may be blocked or canceled automatically
Each situation is reviewed individually, and we strive to apply these policies consistently and fairly.
Reinstatement & Appeals
If your account has been temporarily restricted, it may be reviewed after the restriction period concludes. In some cases, we may reach out for clarification or verification before reinstatement.
