At Wargame Portal, we operate two separate facilities with different business hours:

Game Store Hours (In-Store & Game Hall):

• Open Tuesday through Friday

• Hours: 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM CST

• Closed on weekends and all federal holidays

Order Processing, Customer Service & Warehouse Operations:

• Active Monday through Friday

• Standard business hours (internal only, not open to the public)

• All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse, which remains closed on federal holidays

Please note: All hours are subject to change at management’s discretion.
