At this time, we do not offer any kind of buyback program for used, assembled, or painted miniatures. We understand the demand for second-hand model trading, but our operations are focused on new, non-retired, in-box products 

That said, we do make case-by-case exceptions for sealed, in-production Warhammer kits—especially those that are currently in demand or part of Games Workshop’s active catalog. If you have a sealed kit you’re looking to sell back, reach out to us at [email protected] with the details (kit name, condition, and photos if possible), and we’ll evaluate whether we can offer a buyback.
