Wargame Portal proudly offers international shipping for a wide selection of items. However, due to licensing agreements, safety regulations, and carrier restrictions, not all products are eligible for shipment outside the United States.
Please review the following list of items that cannot be shipped internationally:
All Games Workshop and Citadel products — including models, paints, books, and accessories — are region-locked. Games Workshop’s distribution policies explicitly prohibit licensed retailers from selling or shipping their products outside of their assigned sales region. As a U.S.-based retailer, Wargame Portal is contractually bound to follow these rules and cannot export these items.
All spray paints — including brands such as Monument Hobbies, Colour Forge, and others — are classified as hazardous materials due to their pressurized and flammable nature. These items cannot legally be transported by air or shipped internationally under standard carrier regulations.
All enamel-based paint products — such as AK Interactive Streaking Grime, Dirty Down Gore, and other solvent-heavy materials — are restricted for similar safety reasons involving flammable or hazardous content.
All solvent-based plastic cements and glues, including Citadel Plastic Glue, Tamiya Plastic Cement, and similar products, also fall under international shipping restrictions due to their chemical composition and flash points.
We understand that these restrictions may be frustrating, especially for our international customers who wish to purchase these products. Unfortunately, any requests to circumvent or bypass these regional or regulatory restrictions will be ignored in compliance with manufacturer agreements and international shipping laws.
