The holiday season is fast approaching, and with it comes increased demand, carrier delays, and the usual year-end rush. To help ensure your orders arrive in time for the holidays, please review our schedule and cutoff dates below.
Order Deadlines for On-Time Delivery
To have the best chance of receiving your order before the holidays, please place all orders for in-stock items by December 15th.
While carriers do their best to keep up, weather and increased package volume can cause unpredictable delays, so we strongly recommend ordering early.
Holiday Processing Schedule
Order Processing Cutoff: December 19th
Last Shipment Pick-up Before Break: December 22nd
Processing Resumes: December 29th
Any orders placed after December 19th will be queued for fulfillment once we return on December 29th. Our team will work through all open orders in the order they were received.
Backorders During the Holiday
Backorder requests will still be logged and processed internally during the break; however, they will not ship until our return.
As a result, the normal processing window of 7–10 business days will temporarily extend to 10–15 business days before shipment.
