We strive to make returns as smooth and straightforward as possible.
To begin a return, please contact us via our in-store chat during business hours or by e-mailing [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the item(s) you wish to return. Images are required so we can verify the condition of the items prior to approval.
Once your return is approved, we’ll generate a prepaid return shipping label for you. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, along with any applicable restocking fees based on the condition of the return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under normal circumstances:
Paints and painting supplies (including brushes)
Rulebooks, Codices, Battletomes, Datasheet cards, and similar printed materials
Third-party vendor products (we can help you get in touch with the vendor if needed)
Clearance items
Limited release or event-exclusive items
Damaged Non-Returnable Items
If a non-returnable item arrives damaged, contact us immediately at our in-store chat during business hours or [email protected] if outside of those hours with photos of the issue. While these items can't be returned under standard policy, we will work with you to replace or refund the damaged item as appropriate.
Please note if you chose Free Economy Shipping and did not opt into Route Shipping Protection, your item will not be covered for damage, loss, etc. Carriers do not insure packages sent via our Economy Methods.
Do Not Send Unsolicited Returns
Do not return any item without first contacting us. Unapproved returns will generally be refused at delivery and returned to sender—this can result in additional costs for which you will be responsible.
We must confirm and approve any return before it is sent. This ensures your return is properly processed and avoids unnecessary delays or issues.
