We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return most products within 14 days—no questions asked.
How It Works
Online Purchases: 14 days from delivery.
In-Store Purchases: 14 days from purchase.
No restocking fees.
Online returns will have the return shipping cost deducted from the refund.
Items must come back in sellable condition (e.g., models unbuilt, paints unused, products unopened).
To start a return, simply email [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the item(s). We’ll provide instructions and a return label once approved.
Items That Can’t Be Returned
A few items are not eligible for return:
Spray Paints & Enamels – restricted by hazmat shipping rules.
Books & Codes (Codexes, Battletomes, Datasheets, etc.) – once unsealed, we cannot verify code usage.
Clearance Items – final sale.
Limited or Event-Exclusive Items – final sale.
Third-Party Vendor Products – we’ll help connect you with the vendor directly.
Damaged Non-Returnable Items
If one of the above arrives damaged, contact [email protected] right away with photos. We’ll work with you on a replacement or refund.
Important
Don’t ship items back without contacting us first—unauthorized returns may be refused and sent back at your expense.
Orders shipped with Free Economy Shipping and without Shipping Protection are not covered for damage, loss, or theft, as carriers don’t insure Economy shipments.
