There are many convenient ways to track your orders once they’ve left our facility. Below are the most reliable options, ranked by our recommendations and ease of use.

The most accurate and up-to-date tracking information will always come directly from the carrier’s own website.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number. You can also find this number anytime in your Wargame Portal customer account under My Orders.
Simply copy and paste the tracking number into the carrier’s website for real-time updates:

This method pulls live scan data from the carrier and shows the most recent transit points, estimated delivery dates, and any exceptions (such as weather delays or address verification issues).


2. Your Wargame Portal Account

If you created an account at checkout, you can view all your tracking numbers, shipment statuses, and order history directly by logging in at https://www.wargameportal.com/account.
Each shipment will show its current status — such as Label Created, In Transit, or Delivered.

If you used guest checkout, you can still access tracking details through your shipping confirmation email.


3. Mobile Tracking Apps

If you prefer to manage multiple packages from different retailers in one place, several free mobile apps allow for automatic updates and push notifications.
Popular options include:

  • Shop App – Automatically syncs with your Wargame Portal order if you used the same email address.

  • AfterShip – Supports dozens of carriers and allows you to rename and categorize incoming packages.

  • OneTracker – A privacy-focused option that automatically detects carriers and updates status changes.

These apps are helpful if you receive frequent shipments from multiple sources and want a single dashboard to monitor them.


4. Email or SMS Updates

If you selected SMS notifications or use the Shop App, you may receive automatic alerts when your shipment’s status changes — such as when it’s picked up, in transit, or delivered.

Please note that these alerts rely on carrier scan data. Occasionally, carriers may miss or delay scans, causing temporary gaps between updates even while your package is moving.


5. Reaching Out for Help

If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 5 business days, or if it shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, please reach out to our team.
We can verify shipment data and assist with next steps depending on your shipping method and insurance coverage.
