Delivery times can vary significantly based on the shipping service selected at checkout, the carrier’s current processing times, and the destination. While Wargame Portal strives to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates for any shipment once it leaves our facility.

There are many factors beyond our control that can impact transit times, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier operational delays or service disruptions

  • Weather conditions, natural disasters, or local emergencies

  • Seasonal backlogs (e.g., holidays or major release weekends)

  • Customs or international processing for overseas orders

Once your package has been released to the carrier, it is officially in their possession. At that point, all delivery estimates and tracking updates are managed directly by the carrier. Wargame Portal staff members have access to the same tracking information visible on the carrier’s website and are unable to provide additional or internal updates beyond what the carrier publishes.

For the most accurate and current delivery information, we recommend:

  1. Tracking your shipment through the carrier’s official website using the tracking number provided.

  2. Signing up for carrier-specific alerts or text updates when available.

  3. Reaching out directly to the carrier if there are concerns or delays beyond the estimated delivery window.

We appreciate your understanding that once an order leaves our warehouse, the timing and handling are solely under the carrier’s control.
