Live Chat — Fastest Response During Business Hours
Our in-store chat is the quickest way to get answers during customer service hours. Just look for the chat icon in the lower left corner on any page of our website.
Business Hours: Monday–Friday, 10 AM–5 PM EST (excluding federal holidays).
Please note: The chat function is disabled when we’re off duty.


Email Support
If you have a question outside of our chat hours, you may reach out to [email protected]. Please keep in mind that this inbox is tied to our live chat system, and messages will be answered in the order received when business hours resume.
Expected response time: 2–3 business days for all inquiries.


In-Store Questions & Game Table Reservations
For local customers who’d like to reserve a game table or ask about general in-store matters, please call the Wargame Portal: Guntersville location directly at (256) 486-2070.
In-Store Hours: Tuesday–Friday, 12 PM–5 PM CST.

Important: Our Guntersville store staff do not handle online orders. Online orders are processed at our offsite location, and the store team does not have access to order information. You must contact the help desk to get assistance with online orders. 


When We May Not Respond

We value your time — and ours. Here’s how we handle certain types of messages:

  • Questions Covered in the Help Center: If you reach out with a question that’s already answered in our Help Center, our team may simply provide you with a direct link or repeat the information as written.

  • Hostile or Unproductive Complaints: If your message is generally hostile, or overly aggressive — meaning it’s not constructive and is only meant to pick a fight — our team is advised to ignore it. We do not wish to subject our staff to customers who attempt to create conflict where it isn’t warranted. We kindly ask all customers to act in a cordial professional manner, and we will respond in kind.
