While extremely rare, some shipments are not delivered to the correct address or are marked improperly. Checkout+ covers all packages in full for these sorts of issues, and resolves the issue quickly for you via returns.wargameportal.com. 

If Checkout+ is opted out of, here are some simple steps to take:

  • Check with neighbors: Sometimes the package was simply delivered to the wrong house nearby. This is a very common issue and can be resolved simply. 
  • Call the carrier: We ship primarily with UPS but utilize USPS for PO Box and smaller items.

  • Patience: Sometimes carriers will mistakenly mark items as delivered due to an incorrect scan. These situations tend to resolve themselves. Contact the carriers in your area to find out if the items are out for deliver again or being held at the local dispatch or Post Office.
