If a package is returned to sender, it is typically due to an issue with the shipping address entered at checkout. Wargame Portal ships orders to the exact address provided by the customer, so it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is accurate, complete, and deliverable before placing an order.

We are not responsible for packages returned to sender due to inaccurate, incomplete, or invalid shipping addresses provided at checkout. If the Return to Sender is something that was caused by our staff, we will send the items back out after concluding our investigation at no charge. 

Why a Package May Be Returned to Sender

A package may be returned to sender for several reasons, including:

  • An incorrect street address
  • A missing apartment, suite, or unit number
  • An invalid or undeliverable address
  • A formatting issue that prevents successful delivery
  • The carrier being unable to complete delivery to the address provided

In these situations, the order is shipped exactly as submitted, and the return occurs because the address could not be successfully delivered by the carrier.

Refund Policy for Return to Sender Orders

Once the package is returned to us, the order will be refunded according to the following policy.

Item Total

All return to sender orders are refunded in full for the item total.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are refunded differently depending on whether the order used paid shipping or free shipping.

If paid shipping was selected:
50% of the shipping fee will be refunded.

If free shipping was selected:
A $10 deduction will be taken from the total refund to cover the shipping expense.

Important Notes

Return to sender orders are not automatically reshipped.

If your package is returned to us, the refund will be processed once the shipment has been received back and reviewed by our team.

To help avoid return to sender issues, please double-check your shipping information before completing checkout, especially:

  • Street address
  • Apartment or suite number
  • City, state, and ZIP code
  • Any business name or delivery details required by the carrier

Can I change my address after placing an order?

If you notice an address issue after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help if the order has not already progressed too far in processing, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
