Orders containting backorders and/or preorders are not split by default. If you’d like to ship available items ahead of the rest, you can request an order split by contacting us through our Help Center or emailing [email protected].

Please include your order number in the request. Once approved, you’ll receive an invoice for the $10 split-processing fee. After payment, all in-stock items will ship within one business day (same day if confirmed before 11:00 AM EST on a business day).

Important Details

Separate Shipping Charges Apply
Each shipment from a split order incurs its own shipping cost. Free Shipping promotions do not apply to split orders.
Example: Our standard Economy rate is $10. Splitting your order results in a total of $20 to cover both shipments.

Third-Party Items Ship Separately by Default
Items from Printology Labs, Baron of Dice, Magnet Baron, and other partnered vendors always ship independently with their own shipping rate. This is required under vendor fulfillment terms.
