Important Details & Restrictions

• Separate Shipping Charges Apply
  Because your order is being split into two or more shipments, each will incur its own shipping fee. Free Shipping is omitted from all Order Splits. 
  Example: Our standard Economy rate is $10. Splitting the order results in a total of $20 to cover both shipments.

• Not All Pre-Orders Are Eligible
  Some pre-order items—especially limited release or highly contested products—cannot be split.
  This restriction helps prevent overselling due to limitations in our inventory system when multiple customers attempt to purchase the same limited item at once.

  For example: If we have 200 limited-run items and 500 customers in checkout simultaneously, splits could cause inventory errors. We’ve restricted splits for these items to avoid such issues. We're actively working on better solutions and will provide updates as they become available.

• Third-Party Items Always Ship Separately
  Items from vendors such as Printology Labs, Baron of Dice, Magnet Baron, and others always require an additional shipping charge. These terms are set by the vendors themselves.
