Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, however, our responsibility ends. We do not cover loss or theft after delivery—including porch piracy, misdelivery, or any other non-damage related shipping issue.
What’s Not Covered by Wargame Portal
We do not offer replacements or refunds for the following scenarios:
Stolen packages after a carrier marks them “delivered”
Packages misdelivered to the wrong address by the carrier
Packages taken from porches, mailrooms, or doorsteps
Items lost in transit with no movement updates
Carrier delivery errors or delays
We understand that these situations are incredibly frustrating. However, while it would be nice to simply take someone’s word that a package was stolen, there’s no verifiable evidence in most cases—making it impossible for us to absorb the cost of the claim without any way to validate it. That’s why we rely on insured protection programs to handle these cases appropriately.
