Porch Piracy, Theft, and Shipping Issues: What We Do and Don’t CoverUpdated 3 days ago

At Wargame Portal, we take great care to ensure every order is packed securely and handed off to trusted carriers like USPS, FedEx and UPS. Once a package leaves our facility, the carrier is responsible for transporting and delivering it.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Wargame Portal is not responsible for theft, porch piracy, or other non-damage-related delivery issues that occur after delivery.

We understand these situations can be frustrating, but in most cases, there is no reliable way for us to verify what happened after a carrier marks a package as delivered. Because of that, we cannot absorb the cost of stolen or missing packages without verifiable evidence or carrier confirmation.

What’s Not Covered by Wargame Portal

Wargame Portal does not offer replacements or refunds for the following situations:

  • Stolen packages after the carrier marks them as delivered

  • Packages taken from porches, doorsteps, mailrooms, apartment lockers, or shared delivery areas

  • Carrier delivery errors or delays

  • Packages lost in transit with no movement updates, unless the carrier claim process confirms the package is lost and eligible for reimbursement

  • Misdelivery caused by an incorrect shipping address entered by the customer

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is shipped to an address that was entered incorrectly by the customer, Wargame Portal is not responsible for replacing or refunding the order.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Wrong street number

  • Wrong apartment, suite, or unit number

  • Missing apartment, suite, or unit number

  • Incorrect city, state, or ZIP code

  • Shipping to an old or outdated address

If the address issue was caused by an error on our end, we will work with you to make it right. However, if the address was entered incorrectly at checkout, the customer is responsible for resolving the issue with the carrier or the receiving location.

Shipping Damage and Packing Issues

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. This includes damage to the shipping box, product packaging, or items inside the shipment.

Damage claims made after the 14-day window will be ignored and will not be eligible for replacement, refund, or further review.

This timeframe exists because shipping damage must be reported quickly while the shipment condition, packaging, tracking, and carrier details can still be reasonably verified.

When contacting us about shipping damage, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the shipping box

  • Clear photos of the damaged product or packaging

  • Photos of any packing material inside the box

  • A brief description of the issue

The more information you provide, the faster we can review the situation.

Final Reminder

Wargame Portal does not cover theft, porch piracy, or unverified delivery issues once the carrier marks a package as delivered. We also do not cover orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

If we made an error, we will work with you to correct it. If the issue was caused by a customer-entered address mistake, carrier delay, porch theft, or other non-damage-related delivery problem, Wargame Portal is not responsible for replacing or refunding the order.

For shipping damage or packing-related issues, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Claims made after that window will be ignored.
