At Wargame Portal, we keep shipping straightforward and cost-effective. All of our shipping tiers use flat-rate pricing, and we select the best available service based on our internal cost-to-speed ranking system. That means if two carriers offer similar delivery windows, we’ll always choose the one that gives you the best value—without cutting corners on delivery time.

Shipping Options

Economy Shipping – $10 Flat Rate

Carriers used: UPS Ground Saver, USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Media Mail, and USPS First Class Mail
5-10 Business Day Delivery Timeframe
Delivery speed varies by region
No insurance or protection included by default
Same rules apply as Free Economy Shipping (see below)
USPS First Class Mail does not contain tracking and is only used for very small items such as singular purchases of dice, hobby tools, etc.

Standard Shipping – $12.50 Flat Rate

Carriers used: UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail
3-5 Business Day Delivery Timeframe
Comes with up to $200 in damage coverage via Shipsurance
Porch piracy and misdelivery are NOT covered. Purchase Checkout+ for additional protections.

Express Shipping – $35 Flat Rate

Carriers used: UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, or USPS Priority Express
1-3 Business Day Delivery Timeframe
We automatically select the fastest available service for your region
Comes with up to $200 in damage coverage via Shipsurance
Porch piracy and misdelivery are NOT covered. Purchase Checkout+ for additional protections.

Free Economy Shipping – $0 (Orders $75+)

Same terms as Economy Shipping
No insurance or protection included
Tracking provided, but no coverage for loss, theft, or damage

While Standard and Express options include limited damage coverage via Shipsurance, only Route Shipping Protection covers what carriers won’t, including:

Porch piracy and misdelivery
Faster claim resolution
Full refunds for damaged items without needing to send anything back

Economy and Free Economy tiers come with no insurance from the carrier or our system. If you want true peace of mind, add Route Shipping Protection at checkout for full protection or opt into Standard or Express shipping for up to $200 of shipping coverage.
