Warehouse Staging & Carrier PickupUpdated 9 days ago
Our warehouse team may stage shipments early, especially during high-volume periods such as large preorder releases. However, once a label is created, it may not be scanned by the carrier until the next business day, particularly if the label was created later in the afternoon.
This can sometimes result in a delay between when you receive your shipping confirmation email and when tracking information becomes active with the carrier. This is normal and does not mean your package is lost or delayed beyond expected timelines.
Games Workshop Preorders:
If you receive a label notification before the official Saturday release of a Games Workshop product, please note:
These items are held to a strict street release date.
Shipments will not depart until Saturday or the following Monday, depending on carrier availability and pickup timing.
Some large preorders require us to stage shipments in advance to ensure timely fulfillment.
We appreciate your understanding and patience. Our goal is to get your items to you as quickly as allowed while respecting vendor guidelines.
