As of 02/02/26, Wargame Portal offers flat-rate shipping of $10 on all orders, with free shipping automatically applied on orders over $75. Nothing else about our fulfillment process has changed.

Orders of $75 or more automatically qualify for free standard shipping.

My order is over $75 but still shows a shipping fee.
This occurs when your cart includes items from third-party vendors who set their own shipping rates. Free shipping applies only to qualifying Wargame Portal–fulfilled products. You can find more details in our Help Center article on this topic.
When will my order ship?
Most in-stock orders leave our facility within 1–3 business days.
Preorders ship on or after the release date provided by the vendor.
Backorders and Special Order items generally take 7–10 business days to arrive to us before fulfillment.

Why does my tracking say something different than the estimate?
Carrier tracking (UPS/USPS) is the most accurate source of delivery information. Shopify’s automated estimates are not reliable — please ignore them and follow the carrier’s updates.
My order was marked as shipped, but I didn’t receive an email.
Shopify may send premature notifications, especially for preorders or staged orders. Always watch for the actual Wargame Portal tracking email — that is your true shipment confirmation.
Why didn’t my order ship over the weekend?
Our warehouse is closed on weekends. Orders processed on Friday will ship the next business day.
Why is my tracking not updating?
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after pickup. If there is no movement for several business days, feel free to reach out to us.
