At Wargame Portal, we aim to make shipping as clear and straightforward as possible while ensuring your items are handled with care. Below you’ll find an overview of how our shipping process works and answers to common questions.
How We Ship
We use a flat-rate shipping system based on the service speed you select at checkout:
Economy Shipping – $10
• Free on orders $75+ (excluding third-party items)
• Typically 5–10 business days
• Uses UPS Ground Saver or USPS Ground AdvantageStandard Shipping – $15
• Typically 3–4 business days
• Uses UPS Ground or USPS Priority MailExpress Shipping – $35
• Typically 1–3 business days
• Uses UPS 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, or USPS Priority Express
Carrier Selection
Primary Carrier: UPS is our standard carrier due to its reliability compared to USPS.
PO Boxes: UPS does not deliver to PO boxes. Orders shipping to PO boxes will use USPS.
OCONUS (Alaska, Hawaii, APO, Territories): USPS is used for these destinations. Please note, USPS is prone to delays, and unfortunately, we cannot control this.
Processing Times
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days, unless noted otherwise (preorders, backorders, or special orders).
Warehouse Schedule: Our warehouse is closed on weekends. Orders packed late Friday or Games Workshop preorders will not depart until the next business day (usually Monday).
Frequently Asked Questions
When will my order ship?
Most in-stock orders leave our facility within 1–3 business days. Preorders ship on or after the the release date given by the respective vendor.
Why does my tracking say something different than expected?
Carrier tracking (UPS/USPS) is accurate. Shopify’s automated delivery estimates are not. Always rely on the carrier’s tracking, not Shopify’s estimates.
My order was marked as shipped but I did not receive an email.
Shopify may prematurely send notifications when we stage orders, especially for preorders. Watch for the actual Wargame Portal email with tracking details—ignore auto-messages from the Shop App.
Why didn’t my order ship over the weekend?
Our warehouse is closed on weekends. Orders prepared Friday or Games Workshop preorders ship the next business day.
Why is my tracking not updating?
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after pickup. If it hasn’t moved in several business days, reach out to us.
