What’s your return policy?Updated 2 days ago

Wargame Portal has a robust return policy, allowing customers to shop with confidence knowing they are covered in most situations.

General Returns

If you decide you no longer want an item(s), you may return eligible items within 14 calendar days of delivery for a refund or 17 calendar days for store credit.
All items must be sealed in their original packaging and in new condition.
No exceptions will be made for opened or damaged items.

If an item is damaged you must contact us with images so that we can set up a proper return. Items received with no context and broken seals may be rejected and sent back.

Return Fees & Options

  • Standard Returns: Restocking and shipping fees may apply.

  • Checkout+ Returns: No restocking fee or return shipping fee.

  • Store Credit Returns: No restocking fee and return shipping is waived.

  • Unsealed Returns: 75% restocking fee if intact unless customer covers return shipping.

  • Incomplete Returns: 95% restocking fee if items are missing or used unless return shipping is paid.

  • Restocking Fees: May apply on some orders depending on condition and return method. Choosing Checkout+ at checkout waives all fees.

Third-Party Vendor Items

All returns for third-party vendor items (e.g., Baron of Dice, Magnet Baron, Hexforge, etc.) must be handled through the vendor directly.
Please contact us via one of our listed support methods so we can assist in connecting you with the appropriate vendor for resolution. We cannot accept returns on third-party items ourselves.

Excluded Items

The following are non-returnable regardless of condition:

  • Codexes, Battletomes, and Datasheet Cards (or similar items)

  • Paints and hobby liquids

  • Retired Model Kits

  • Limited Edition Items

  • All digital goods and services

  • Gift Cards

  • Clearance Items

  • Special Order Items

  • Final Sale Items

Carrier & Supplier Delays

Refunds will not be issued due to carrier delays.
If a carrier has confirmed in writing (or other verifiable means) that a package is lost or has not moved for 25 calendar days after shipment, we will initiate an investigation and proceed with either a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
