Wargame Portal has a robust return policy, allowing customers to shop with confidence knowing they are covered in most eligible situations.
How to Submit a Return
To submit a return request, please log in to your customer account on our website and request a return directly through your account.
We do not accept return requests directly by email, chat, social media, or any other support channel. All return requests must be submitted through our customer account return system so that they can be properly tracked, reviewed, and processed.
Return requests submitted outside of this system will not be accepted.
General Returns
If you decide you no longer want an item or items, you may begin the process to return eligible items within 14 calendar days of delivery for a refund or within 17 calendar days of delivery for store credit.
All items must be sealed in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.
No exceptions will be made for opened, used, or damaged items.
If an item arrives damaged, you must contact us with images so that we can set up a proper return or resolution. Items received with no context, broken seals, or damage that was not previously reported may be rejected and sent back.
No return request submitted after the applicable return window will be approved under any circumstances.
Return Fees & Options
All returns must be sealed and unused to be eligible.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, regardless of whether Free Shipping was used on the original order.
Cash refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Store credit waives the restocking fee but does not waive return shipping costs.
Third-Party Vendor Items
All returns for third-party vendor items, including Baron of Dice, Magnet Baron, Hexforge, and similar vendors, must be handled through the vendor directly.
Please contact us through one of our listed support methods so we can assist in connecting you with the appropriate vendor for resolution. We cannot accept returns on third-party vendor items ourselves.
Excluded Items
The following items are non-returnable regardless of condition:
Codexes, Battletomes, Datasheet Cards, or similar items
Paints and hobby liquids, including sprays and adhesives
Retired Model Kits
Limited Edition Items
Digital goods and services
Gift Cards
Clearance Items
Special Order Items
Final Sale Items
Carrier & Supplier Delays
Refunds will not be issued due to carrier delays.
If a carrier has confirmed in writing, or through another verifiable means, that a package is lost or has not moved for 25 calendar days after shipment, we will initiate an investigation and proceed with either a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
