What do I do if I receive the wrong item in my order?Updated 2 hours ago

Wargame Portal utilizes top of the line software to insure items are checked properly. While rare, sometimes we do place a wrong item, or an item does not make it into the package. 

When this occurs:

  • Submit a ticket on our in-store chat and supply photographic evidence, and what is missing from the order. 
  • Allow 2-3 business days for our staff to find the shortage. 
  • Once the warehouse staff has found your item(s), they will be promptly shipped out with expedited shipping.
