What do I do if my item(s) arrives damaged?Updated an hour ago
If your order arrives damaged, and you opted into Checkout+, please submit your return request at returns.wargameportal.com and we will start the process.
If you opted out of Checkout+, please be aware that we do not cover damages due to shipping, "porch piracy," etc.
If an item is damaged within it's sealed pack and we determine it is not due to shipping (manufacturing defects, etc.), we will work with you to get a replacement item(s).
