At Wargame Portal, we’ve kept shipping straightforward with flat rate options designed to balance cost, speed, and reliability. Delivery estimates are provided for each tier. 

Flat Rate Shipping Options

Economy – $10

• Estimated Delivery: 5–8 Business Days*

• Services Used: UPS Ground Saver or USPS Ground Advantage

Standard – $15

• Estimated Delivery: 3–4 Business Days*

• Services Used: UPS Ground or USPS Priority

Express – $45

• Estimated Delivery: 1–2 Business Days*

• Services Used: UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, or USPS Priority Express

Free Economy Shipping

Orders of $75 or more (on select items) qualify for Free Economy Shipping. This option is carrier-blind, meaning we automatically choose the most economical service available.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order ship?
Most in-stock orders leave our facility within 1–3 business days. Preorders ship on or after the the release date given by the respective vendor. 

Why does my tracking say something different than expected?
Carrier tracking (UPS/USPS) is accurate. Shopify’s automated delivery estimates are not. Always rely on the carrier’s tracking, not Shopify’s estimates.

My order was marked as shipped but I did not receive an email.
Shopify may prematurely send notifications when we stage orders, especially for preorders. Watch for the actual Wargame Portal email with tracking details—ignore auto-messages from the Shop App.

Why didn’t my order ship over the weekend?
Our warehouse is closed on weekends. Orders prepared Friday or Games Workshop preorders ship the next business day.

Why is my tracking not updating?
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after pickup. If it hasn’t moved in several business days, reach out to us.
