Our cancellation policy varies depending on the item(s) ordered. 

For regularly stocked items:

• Customers may cancel orders at anytime before fulfillment. 

For Games Workshop Pre-Orders:

• Customers may cancel pre-order items up to the Wednesday before their Street Release. (Please reference the item page or contact us for that specific date)

For Special Order Items:

• Customers may cancel Special Order items at anytime before they are procured. After the item has been ordered the order cannot be cancelled. Special Order items are generally ordered within 24 hours of your reserve if stock permits. 

For Made-to-Order Items: 

• Customers ordering made-to-order items such as 3d printed goods (terrain, bases, etc) can cancel at anytime before production begins. 
• Customers ordering "merch," such as T-Shirts, etc., can cancel at anytime before production begins. 

Please Note: Cancellations are not guaranteed and can take anywhere between 2-3 business days to process. You may request a return once your item arrives for a refund or store credit. Some exclusions apply.
