Regularly Stocked Items
Customers may cancel orders at any time before fulfillment.
Games Workshop Pre-Orders
Customers may cancel pre-order items up to the Wednesday before their official Street Release.
(Please reference the item page or contact us directly for the specific release date.)
Special Order Items
Customers may cancel Special Order items at any time before they are procured.
Once the item has been ordered from the supplier, the order cannot be cancelled.
Most Special Order items are procured within 24 hours of reservation, depending on stock availability.
Third-Party Vendor Items
Items from third-party vendors listed in our store (e.g., Baron of Dice, Magnet Baroon, Hexforge, etc.) cannot usually be cancelled once submitted to the vendor.
These vendors tend to process and ship items quickly, so cancellations are only possible within 1–2 business days of ordering, if caught in time. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel such an item.

Cancellations are not guaranteed and can take 2–3 business days to process.
If your item has already shipped or cannot be cancelled, you may request a return once the item arrives, subject to our return policy. Some exclusions apply.
