We understand that plans change. Below you’ll find a breakdown of when cancellations are possible and when they are not. Please review the appropriate section before submitting a request.
As a private business, we reserve the right to enforce the policies outlined below.
Regularly Stocked (In-Stock) Items
In-stock items may be cancelled any time before fulfillment begins.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled under any circumstance.
If your item has already shipped, you’re welcome to request a return once it arrives, in accordance with our Return Policy (available in this Help Center). Standard return conditions and exclusions apply.
Games Workshop Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are subject to strict allocation and supplier timing.
At this time, this section is fully enforced. No exceptions.
Pre-orders can be cancelled up to one week before their release. After that, our processes have begun to process and stage these orders. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled after this point under any circumstance.
If you decide you no longer want the item, you may return it after it has shipped and been delivered, subject to our Return Policy.
Second-Wave Pre-Orders
Second-wave pre-orders are secured based on extended supplier acquisition timelines.
Once we have acquired the item from our sources, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstance.
Special Order Items
Special Order items are reserved specifically for you from the supplier.
You may cancel a Special Order item at any time before it has been procured.
Once the item has been ordered from the supplier, the order cannot be cancelled.
Most Special Order items are procured within 24 hours of reservation, depending on availability.
This policy is fully enforced.
Third-Party Vendor Items
Items fulfilled directly through third-party vendors (such as Baron of Dice, Magnet Baroon, Hexforge, etc.) are typically processed quickly after submission.
Because of this, cancellations are usually only possible within 1–2 business days of placing the order, if caught in time.
If you need to cancel one of these items, please contact us immediately and we will review the request.
Accidental Orders
We understand that mistakes can happen, and we’re always happy to review cancellation requests submitted shortly after checkout.
However, our checkout process involves several deliberate steps (item selection, cart review, shipping details, payment confirmation). We do not use one-click purchasing or auto-buy features.
If you believe you placed an order accidentally, we simply ask that you provide context when submitting your request.
Cancellation requests that claim accidental purchase without explanation will be declined.
We appreciate your honesty and transparency, it helps us review requests fairly and efficiently.
